    About

    Luca Carbone

Tech journalist, AI consultant, business angel.
    Between Lugano and Tallinn.

I was born in 1982 and I am a citizen of Lugano. I have worked in B2B telecommunications since 2004 and I am a founding partner of Swistel Group.

Since 2019 I have split my work between Ticino and Estonia, a country that truly runs its state online. I bring to Switzerland what works there, and the other way round.

Every Sunday I write about technology in Il Mattino della Domenica, for readers who want to understand it, decide and use it better.
